Sponsored Post

A single piece of content posted by a creator that has been paid for — directly or in-kind — by a brand.

A sponsored post is the most common unit of influencer marketing: one Instagram post, one TikTok video, one YouTube integration. The legal/regulatory requirement under FTC, ASA, AGCM, SKR and other national rules is that the sponsored nature be clearly disclosed (typically with #ad, "Paid partnership with [Brand]", or the platform’s built-in partnership tool).

Sponsored post pricing varies by platform, follower count, niche, and required deliverables (in-feed post, story set, Reel, carousel). Most rate cards itemise these separately — a brand can buy "1 Reel + 3 Stories" without committing to a longer-term partnership.

Collabios bookings are explicitly paid partnerships under the FTC and equivalent EU rules — brands and creators should follow each platform’s native disclosure mechanism (Paid Partnership tag on Instagram, branded-content label on TikTok, etc.) when publishing the delivered content.
