Collabios has no subscription: a brand pays the creator's price plus a 10% service fee on each booking, and nothing when it doesn't book. Modash, Upfluence, Aspire and Grin are sold mainly as software subscriptions for discovery and campaign management, so check their own pricing pages for current figures. On Collabios, the free disclosure generator, contract generator and VAT calculator are open to everyone, and your payment is held until you approve the delivery.

The fee covers card processing through Stripe, holding your payment until you approve the delivery, full refunds when an order is declined, expires or is cancelled before delivery, dispute handling, identity checks on creators' payout accounts (Stripe KYC), platform upkeep, and the free tools (rate calculator, disclosure generator, contract generator, VAT calculator, invoice generator). The brand pays it on top of the creator's price. Creators pay a flat 15% commission on their listed price, so they keep 85% of every order.

No. There is no subscription today: every brand can search creators, book packages, chat with the creator inside each order and run campaigns, paying a 10% service fee per booking. Paid plans with lower brand fees are coming soon.

Collabios prices are in EUR, and your card is charged in euros at checkout; if your card runs in another currency, your card issuer handles the conversion. Brands from any country can book, including the UK and the US. Collabios doesn't issue national e-invoice formats (SDI, Facturae, XRechnung, KSeF, Peppol) at the moment; if your accounting needs one, write to contact@collabios.com.

Yes, in full and service fee included, if the creator declines, doesn't accept within 72 hours, or you cancel before the content is delivered. The money goes back to your original payment method. Once the content is delivered, you approve it, ask for a revision or open a dispute; an open dispute freezes both the payout and the refund until support decides.
