The platform connects brands with verified creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, Amazon and UGC, with Stripe Connect escrow (PCI-DSS Level 1, GDPR Article 30) protecting payments until content is approved. Collabios charges brands a 10% service fee per booking and creators a flat 15% commission, with no subscription and no upfront cost. Across Europe the creator economy spans the continent's largest national markets — Germany, France, Italy (€352M, UPA/ONIM), Spain, the Netherlands and Poland — each governed by its own disclosure regime: DGCCRF and Loi 2023-451 in France, the AGCom Codice di Condotta in Italy, CNMC and RD 444/2024 in Spain, UWG §5a in Germany, UOKiK guidelines in Poland, the RSM Code in the Netherlands, plus ASA and the CAP Code in the UK. Collabios offers a free disclosure generator, contract generator and EU VAT calculator to help brands and creators work within those rules.

Built by a founder who lives in the European creator economy
Ghassen Daoud founded Lustrace Digital OÜ in 2025 and launched Collabios in May 2026, after a decade of experience building cross-border digital products for European brands and creators. The thesis behind Collabios is simple: European micro-influencers are the most systematically undermonetised audience in the global creator economy, and the compliance complexity that traditional platforms abstract away (DGCCRF, AGCom, CNMC, UWG, UOKiK, RSM, ASA) is actually the moat European-native marketplaces should be building around.
