Founder & Managing Director
Ghassen founded Collabios after seeing brands and European creators struggle to work together through tools built for the US market. He runs the company day-to-day from Estonia, where Lustrace Digital OÜ is registered, and publishes regular research on EU influencer marketing regulation, creator economics, and brand-creator partnerships.

Collabios was founded with a simple belief: brands and European creators deserve a marketplace built for Europe, not a US export with a translation layer. The platform, launched in May 2026, connects creators in 26 European countries with brands from any country, holds the brand's payment until each delivery is approved, offers free contract and disclosure generators for each country's rules, and publishes original research on the EU creator economy to fill the gap left by US-centric industry reports.
