Impressions

The total number of times a piece of content appeared on screen, including repeated views by the same user.

For comparison shopping, brands look at impressions to gauge raw distribution scale. For attribution to a campaign objective (awareness, consideration, conversion), reach and engagement metrics are more useful.

A brand booking on Collabios can ask for both impression and reach figures in the brief, which matters most for paid-amplification campaigns where impressions × frequency dictates the budget.
